Hello, in the body details section of this site it says: A soft insert can be inserted into the mouth-hole from behind the head.
Can anyone explain or show what this (the back of her head) looks like?

Hi there :-) If you go to the videos page and look at the top right video labeled ''instructions''. About 5 minutes into the video you'll see how that's done andf what it looks like :-)
