Shipping
Shipping of our dolls is discrete. She is packed in an unmarked brown card-board box without anything indicating what the contents are in any way.
Your doll is vacuum packed to take less space and arrives in a box that is about the size of a microwave oven.
After unpacking her she will expand to her final size. Do not use sharp objects like knives or scissors to open the box.
The Valentina Girls ship from Sweden and usually take about 2 weeks to arrive to most locations in the world. Within Europe it usually takes less than a week.
SHIPPING METHODS AND CHARGES
If you are ordering from the United States please note that our shipping charges include all tariff and customs charges. You don't pay anything extra!
We offer 2 shipping methods to most destinations; Standard and Expedited. Standard goes via the postal service and usually takes a few days within Europe, and usually about 10 days via air to North America, Australia, and New Zealand. Standard shipping works great to any destination in Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, New Zealand. So far we haven't lost a single doll this way. In the unlikely event that a shipment would get lost it is insured by the postal service and we would send another one to you. If your country's postal service has a tracking system your shipment is perfectly safe and will arrive.
Expedited shipping takes about half as long and goes by express postal service or by UPS, whichever is faster. To countries where postal service is unreliable we will ship by UPS. We only recommend this shipping method to customers who need their dolls very fast or customers who are in countries with unreliable postal service.
The shipping charge depends on the weight of your doll and where in the world you live. Some options like larger breasts or extra stuffing increase the weight a bit and then the shipping cost goes up a little bit too.
