I've been having some trouble getting the app to work properly on my iPhone. There's no sound coming out of it when it's supposed to. Other than that it runs fine.

Probably the settings on your phone. I'm not a tech geek but probably in the settings for sound for online interactive content if such a thing exists, hope I helped…

I never had a problem with the sound but I did with the phone going to sleep while the app was running. There's a setting where you set the timeout to longer so I fixed that in that way. Sorry it has nothing to do with your problem but I thought of it when I read about your problem.

How do you get the time out to last longer?
After a couple of mins my phone goes to sleep.

Sorted it out, went into phone settings and extended the phones sleep mode
